Situation - 

Build a sales operations & enablement program at a digital transformation company from the ground up. 

Problem -

The company needed to move to a gross profit model to drive the right sales behavior and provide visible results to executive leadership.

Outcome - 

Through a rapid and disciplined approach, the business was successfully aligned to a gross profit model. The shift increased the value of the company which led to the eventual sale to a top management consulting firm.

Business results - 

Exceeded EBITDA (12%), gross profit (10%) and achieved the cost of sale target.
